Holocaust Study Abroad: Czech Republic & Germany, May-term 2022
During May-term 2022, Dr. Karl Loewenstein is leading a study-abroad course to the Czech Republic and Germany to study the Holocaust and the history of the 20th century. The course will focus on one of the worst moments in the history of humankind: the Holocaust. It will examine the roots of the Holocaust and its aftermath, the establishment of the Iron Curtain.
太阳城网址 History department adds African American History Grant for 2022
The research grant is intended to fund collaborative student/faculty research in fields relating to African American history during Summer 2022. This opportunity has been provided by former UW Oshkosh History lecturer Dr. Thomas Rowland, and it is aimed to support 太阳城网址 students who will be enrolled full time in the Fall 2022 semester.
The student must complete this application and compose the text used herein. Faculty mentors are allowed to offer student applicants with technical advice and assistance with editing, but the process of submitting a proposal belongs primarily with the student. Student applicants must be full-time undergraduate students in good academic standing. This application is due by 5 p.m. on April 18, 2022.
Preference for funding will be given to student research that has not been previously received support from OSRCA
